1.负责无人车/服务机器人VLA自动驾驶技术应用方案设计，指导VLA数据采集处理与标注，构建VLA感知定位规控一体化框架，适配低速人机混行环境。
2.主导VLA与基于视觉/IMU建图定位的融合开发，设计多源数据紧耦合算法，解决小区行人突发穿行、车辆遮挡等场景的感知漏检问题。
3.参与小区自动驾驶核心功能研发，覆盖低速路径规划、动态避障、自主泊车、站点精准停靠，确保符合安全规范。
4.完成算法的移植与优化，开展小区实地测试（早晚高峰、雨天），迭代解决信号干扰、定位漂移。
5.跟踪VLA前沿技术，协同硬件团队完成软硬件适配，与测试团队定义小区场景用例，保障产品落地质量。
职位要求：
1.自动化、电子信息、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上，1年+无人车/机器人VLA研发经验，有自动驾驶VLA项目经验优先。
2.精通VLA核心原理与VLA数据处理标注方法，了解自动驾驶多传感器融合感知定位、低速决策规划算法。
3.熟练使用 C/C++/Python、ROS/ROS2，有Linux开发与硬件平台算法移植优化经验。
4.掌握VLA信号处理工具、自动驾驶仿真工具，了解多传感器联合标定。
5.具备场景化思维与安全意识，能结合应用场景设计高冗余自动驾驶策略，良好沟通协作能力。
6.有在光照条件变化场景下VLA开发经验者，优先考虑。
