【岗位职责】
1、负责公司音频产品相关的算法软件实现与交付工作；
2、负责公司音频算法软件在特定硬件架构（HIFI等）上的性能/RAM等优化以及验证工作；
3、负责公司音频算法在客户端的应用以及客户需求与问题的解决；
4、编写技术文档，记录项目开发过程文档和总结文档；

【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上声学、信号处理、电子工程、计算机科学以及相关专业，熟练掌握信号处理的基本理论；
2、精通C语言，熟悉DSP汇编优化技巧（循环展开、SIMD指令、软件流水等）；
3、熟练使用Matlab/Python等工具进行算法模型构建与仿真调试；
4、熟悉DSP的系统架构以及DSP加速器的设计和使用，熟悉常用数字信号处理算法在DSP上的实现（FFT、FIR/IIR滤波器等）；
5、熟悉DSP外设和总线驱动开发（SPI、I2C、UART等）；
6、主动性强，有责任心，做事认真仔细，优秀的沟通能力与理解能力，良好的团队合作精神；
7、具备以下经验者优先考虑：
i. 具有AI、降噪、VAD、3A等音频算法设计与实现经验的优先；
ii. 具有声学基础，调音或听音经验的优先；
iii. 具有DSP架构算法部署经验的优先；
iv. 熟悉Cadence HIFI DSP的优先
