岗位职责：
1、参与团队产品开发，完成软件系统代码的实现，编写代码注释和开发文档；辅助进行系统的功能定义,程序设计。
2、根据设计文档或需求说明完成代码编写，调试，测试和维护。
3、分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题。
4、协助测试工程师制定测试计划，定位发现的问题。
5、配合项目经理完成相关任务目标。

岗位要求：
1.2年以上软件开发经验，1年以上银行相关信息系统开发经验，对银行相关信息系统有深入了解;2.熟练掌握Java语言，熟悉J2EE开发框架或熟练掌握其他开发技术，如C/C++，数据库等;3.精通数据库技术，掌握主流数据库(Mysq1/DB2/0rac1e)，具备1年以上基于MySg1、DB2或0racle的应用开发经验;4.具有较强的程序性能调优能力、丰富的软件工程知识、良好的编码规范及信息安全意识:5.具有核心模块设计经验、独立的技术文档编写能力，并能展示设计理念或设计样品;6.具备较强的沟通和问题处理能力
