岗位职责:
1、负责带领团队完成银行Java项目开发任务，主导团队技术实施方向，把控团队技术交付进度与质量，负责领导完成相关技术关键任务，包括（需求分析、系统设计与开发、集成测试、系统测试、项目投产及其他开发性任务）
2、负责主导项目系统日常环境排查、梳理及常规配置文档编写与整理。
3、负责组织完成项目系统缺陷修复及功能回归测试。
4、负责与团队负责人协同提升成员综合技术能力。
5、完成客户及部门下发的其他技术方案工作。
任职要求:
1、统招本科计算机相关专业，学士学位以上。
2、5年及以上Java开发工作经验，深入掌握SSM、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud及常用开源框架（包括但不限于若依、XBoot、Bladex等，有相关项目技术管理经验者优先）、相关组件如Mybatis、Quartz等的系统开发。
3、深入掌握Oracle、Mysql、gaussDb、OceanDb、TiDB等数据库的应用开发及维护。
4、熟练运用前端开发技术，如Vuejs、Jquery、BootStrap等，熟练掌握web容器（Tomcat、Weblogic、Websphere）、docker部署及维护、调优。
5、掌握 MQ，Kafka、Redis 等中间件,能够处理消息幂等性、消息丢失等问题。
6、掌握 Linux 系统的基本知识，熟悉常用的 Linux 命令以及相关的优化和排查问题。

工作地点：西宁，本地长住人员优先。

行业经验：有银行相关软件项目技术负责经验者优先。
