3.熟悉Python编程，熟悉Pytorch、Tensorflow等深度学习框架，有AI算法开发经验；
4.熟悉常用数据结构和机器学习算法和原理，具有扎实的数学基础和编程能力；
5.对Fine-tuning策略、prompt策略以及NLP任务具有一定的理解和实践经验优先；
6.具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，愿意推动大模型在银行垂直领域的技术迭代和业务发展；
