3. 拥有扎实的关系型数据库（如 PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redis）设计与优化经验
4. 熟悉AI代码分析工具如CodeRabbit/CodeScene/RENOIR者优先
5. 熟悉Devops、CI/CD理念，并有Jenkins/GitLab CI等工具的实战经验。

1. 理解机器学习的基本概念，有基于Python开发实际开发或部署AI模型应用经验；有Agent开发经验
