4. 持续优化系统架构与代码质量，定位并解决性能瓶颈，完成服务扩容、并发优化等工作，提升系统承载能力与响应效率。
5. 遵循团队开发规范，编写技术文档与接口手册，参与代码评审，推动研发流程标准化；配合完成版本发布、运维支撑与故障应急处理。
6. 跟踪行业主流技术，结合业务场景落地新技术与框架，参与技术选型与架构迭代；协助指导初级工程师，分享经验并参与团队技术复盘。
任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2-5年Java后端开发经验，优秀应届生可放宽；同时具备Python开发经验者优先。
2. 扎实掌握Java核心知识（面向对象、设计模式、多线程、JVM等），熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等微服务框架，能独立完成微服务开发。
3. 精通MySQL数据库（SQL编写、索引优化、事务），了解PostgreSQL/Oracle；熟练使用Redis、MQ等中间件，能结合业务场景落地。
4. 熟悉Git、Maven/Gradle等工具，了解敏捷开发与CI/CD流程，具备线上问题排查与bug定位能力。
5. 具备微服务架构实战经验、分布式高并发系统设计经验者优先；熟悉Docker、K8s容器化部署或Jenkins持续集成者优先。
6. 有AI大模型集成、海量数据处理经验，或具备良好技术沉淀与方案输出能力者优先；具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通协作与抗压能力。
