We are seeking a highly motivated fluent English-speaking Import Logistics Coordinatto join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless timely flow of raw materials from our US Niwot to our Zhuhai production line. The successful candidate will be the central link between operation team in Zhuhai, our SCM team in Niwot, Coordinatin Singapore, our freight forwarder in Guangzhou. This is an excellent opportunity fan early-career professional a recent graduate with a passion finternational logistics supply chain management.

What will you do? (Responsibilities) 需要您做什么
1. Shipment Tracking & Communication:
61 Monitorder status with the US warehouse to ensure on-time shipment release.
61 Track international freight fromigin to the port of destination.
61 Serve as the primary point of contact fthe Guangzhou freight forwarder fall shipment-related communication.
2. Customs Clearance & Documentation:
61 Prepare submit accurate complete customs declaration data to the freight forwarder.
61 Timely provide all necessary customs clearance documents, including:
o Commercial Invoices
o Packing Lists
o Purchase Contracts/Orders
o Declaration Elements
o Applications fMarket Procurement Exclusion of Additional Tariffs on US Goods (as applicable)
61 Ensure all documentation complies with Chinese customs regulations to prevent delays.
3. Internal Collaboration & Support:
61 Provide regular updates to the Zhuhai team on material status potential delays.
61 Work with internal departments to resolve any issues related to imported materials (e.g., quality concerns, documentation discrepancies).
61 Support process improvement initiatives fthe importation process.

61 Must have 基本要求
1. Bachelors degree in English, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, a related field.
2. Fluent English Communication Skills are Mandatory: Must possess excellent spoken English fdaily communication with US Singapore colleagues, as well as strong written English fprofessional email correspondence.
3. Ideal Candidate: 1-2 years of experience in an international logistics, import/export, supply chain coordination role. Familiarity with customs declaration processes is a significant advantage.
4. Also Considered: Exceptional recent graduates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required.
6. Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable. SAP experience is a significant plus.
7. A basic understanding of international trade terms customs procedures is preferred.
