Job Summary:
Manages technical/scientific activities related to XRF&XRD range within China surrounding regions, working with Sales, Customer Service Customers to provide value-added solutions to stakeholders utilizing the Malvern Panalytical (MP) offerings within all MP sectors that we serve.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical expert to drive sales customer success four XRF XRD product lines across all market sectors.
1. Sales process support
- Present MP offering advantage via proper resource allocation & development, professional experiment design & reporting in pre-sales scenarios.
- Provide expert-level product & application consultancy competition advisory to the sales force throughout the entire sales process.
2. Knowledge Management & Training
- marketing content (webinars, application notes, posters, etc.) to generate market interest.
- Prepare deliver advanced-level lectures, seminars, workshops finternal teams end-users.
- Gather market, competitive, customer feedback finternal product marketing purposes.
- Guide team in high potential opportunity early engagement solution development.
- Provide training upskilling fthe global & local applications sales teams.
3. Customer Support
- Provide timely technical assistance, applications consultancy, onsite service to resolve pre- post-sales customer issues.
- Troubleshoot complex customer problems in conjunction with service team in both remote onsite scenarios.
- Maintain a network with majend industries, channels KOLs fVOC collection.
4. Administrative & Operational Compliance
- Maintain accurate timely records in the CRM fall activities opportunities.
- Execute laboratory practice in good HSE discipline according to ISO 14001 45001 standards.
- Monitmaintain laboratory instruments in working status fbusiness usage.
- Submit monthly activity reports manage travel expenditures within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Ideally Master’s degree higher in areas such as Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, other scientific disciplines including the physical sciences is preferred.
- Experience in academia, semiconductor, new energy, catalyst other advanced Materials is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese English, goodal skills are preferred.
- Previous laboratory experience is essential expected. Minimum of 8 years’ direct industrial and/academic experience, working in a research, development, laboratory setting.
- Experience in a technical/commercial role and/sales support role is ideal, technical writing proficiency is preferred.
- Experience in typical Malvern Panalytical market sectors would be advantageous.
- Experience direct knowledge of other Malvern Panalytical Technologies (e.g. XRD, XRF, LD etc.) is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Knowledge and/experience in competitivethogonal analytical techniques such as synchrotron radiation would be advantageous.
