3. 分析生产数据，预测生产需求，并制定相应的生产计划和策略, 监督生产过程，并对生产过程物料订购进行优化和改进，以提高生产效率和降低生产成本。 协调各部门之间的合作，确保生产计划的顺利实施。紧密跟踪工单按时入库，积极发货完成销售目标。
