1. 中专及以上学历，电气自动化，机电一体化，计算机科学技术，机械工程等专业优先；
2. 年龄要求：20-35周岁，男女不限；
3. 熟练掌握制作的电气图纸，熟悉电气配线安装；
4. 了解非标电气元器件；
5. 有非标自动化设备组装、调试经验；
6. 配合加班，接受短期出差；
7. 具有团队合作意识观念。
8. 具有组装工，2年相关机械装配工作经验，熟悉装配用具。
9. 熟悉产品的组装流程，能够熟练操作各种组装设备； 10.负责光谱仪器产品的装配工作，保质保量的完成各项生产任务；
11. 熟悉机械装配、电路基础，有精密仪器组装经验者优先。
