You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

Your Role
You will be responsible fthe overall performance of an operational site inder to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives.

Your Responsibilities
- To manage, plan,ganize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
- To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit.
- To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
- To drive all activities relating to customer on- boarding, retention + operational excellence by collaborating at a site level.
- To drive productivity via engagement activities to new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets exceeds it’s productivity targets.
- To contribute information required ftenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
- To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + training are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation + standards.
