【任职要求】
- 拥有环境、安全工程或相关领域的学士学位。
- 5年左右健康、安全与环境管理经验。
- 须持有ISO9001/14001/45001内审证。
- 熟悉国家及地方关于健康、安全与环境保护的相关法律、法规和标准。
- 具备较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门有效协作。

Your role
- Your main activities will be to ensure that our QSHE Management System is observed at all levels of theganization. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your responsibilities
- To conduct internal audits/site inspections to ensure ISO requirements + local procedures are met.
- To support + participate in external audits such as third party (customers + suppliers) audits, regulatory audits etc., to ensure timely follow up + closure.
- To implement programs with business units to ensure our requirements fEnvironment, Health, Safety (EHS) + Security compliance are fully implemented + maintained.
- To identify + deliver training to support the QSHE program within theganization, ensuring compliance to ISO requirements, local procedures + any applicable QSHE related local regulations.
- To ensure EHS + security control in subcontractmanagement, document management, deviation handling (eg. TIP tool, HSE app, incident reporting) + analysis.
- To support in risk analysis (eg. safety risk assessment, security gap analysis), then develop + propose preventive measures.
- To coordinate + support the implementation + maintenance of current + future QHSE tools.
- To review + Business Continuity Management Plans, supporting fire drill tests as necessary.
