岗位职责
1.二次开发与定制：基于金蝶云·苍穹平台，进行插件开发、单据配置、工作流定制及客户化报表开发。
2.系统集成：负责金蝶系统与第三方系统的接口开发与数据对接，实现数据互通。
3.问题解决：响应并解决系统运行中的技术故障，进行性能调优及代码重构，保障系统稳定运行。
4.文档编写：撰写详细设计文档、接口文档及单元测试用例，确保代码质量与可维护性。
5.业务支持：与实施顾问紧密配合，参与需求调研，提供技术可行性分析及解决方案建议。

岗位要求
1.学历专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业。
2.开发语言：熟练掌握Java，熟悉面向对象编程（OOP）及常用设计模式。
3.金蝶平台：熟悉掌握金蝶云·苍穹，有金蝶认证开发工程师证书优先。
4.数据库：精通sql，能编写复杂的 sql查询，了解postgresql。
5.框架技术：熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架，了解 redis 和 mq 相关中间件，了解微服务架构。
6.有金蝶大型项目开发经验者优先，3年以上金蝶开发经验优先。
7.敬业、学习能力强、能够承受压力、团队合作意识强、良好的沟通和协调能力；
8.根据工作需要，服从安排至常住地以外的地区中短期出差。
