Overall Role Purpose 职位宗旨
To improve profitability meet strategy goals of DHL, implement the pricing standards fDHL services to all customer groups based on pricing strategy. prepare reports that enable pricing strategy to be developed informed business decisions to be made.
为了提高利润和实现DHL的战略目标，根据价格策略，为所有客户制定DHL服务的价格标准。并为价格策略的实施准备相关分析报告，以便辅助商业决策的制定。
Accountabilities 关键职责
● Attend sales calls with sales person to better understcustomer requirements.
● 与销售人员一起拜访客户，更好的了解客户要求。
● Provide the daily pricing consulting.
● 提供日常的价格方面的咨询。
● Ensure timely sharing of pricing related information faccurate billing price quotes
● 确保及时提供与定价有关的信息，准确报价
● Produce profitability reports analysis
● 提供利润相关分析报告
● Review all requests frate changes rates fnew business to ensure they comply with policy.
● 回顾所有对价格更改和设定新价格的要求，确保与价格政策相符。
● Assist pricing manager to conduct the professional pricing training.
● 协助价格经理提供专业的价格培训。
Skills / Qualifications技能要求与任职资格
● Bachelor’s degree above in Business, Finance, a related field.
● 本科及以上学历，商科或相关专业
● 2+ years of experience in data analysis business analysis.
● 2年以上数据或商业分析经验
● Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in at least one majrelational database (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), including practical database maintenance/operation.
● 熟悉SQL语言，熟悉至少一种主流关系型数据库（MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL），有实际运维经验
● Solid understanding of data analysis methodologies tools — advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, Power Query) required. Python experience fdata cleaning is a strong plus.
● 熟练掌握基本分析方法论及分析工具如Excel（数据透视、函数、Power Query），掌握Python进行数据清洗者优先
● Skilled in at least one BI tool， proficiency in Power BI is a plus.
● 熟练使用至少一种BI工具（掌握Power BI为加分项）
● Proficient communication skills, spoken written, in both English Chinese/ Mandarin
● 优秀的沟通技能，书面和口头的英语和中文
