1.熟悉纸浆模塑、EPE、吸塑等各类包装材料特性与加工工艺；
2.精通ISTA运输测试、跌落振动堆码可靠性设计；
3.了解国内外出口包装环保法规、IPPC熏蒸要求；
4.掌握包材成本分析、装箱优化、包装标准化体系搭建。熟练使用SolidWorks/Creo/UG 任意一款 3D 软件、AutoCAD绘制2D 图、标注公差、编制工艺图。
5.能独立完成新品包装开发、老品包装升级、破损不良整改；具备供应商打样对接、产线工艺落地、BOM编制能力；具备完整包装项目全周期管理经验。
岗位职责：
1. 负责新品全套包装（卡角、EVA/珍珠棉内衬、外箱、套装组合包装）结构设计与图纸输出；
2. 包装可靠性测试、运输风险评估，处理市场破损客诉；
3. 包材供应商对接、打样确认、价格评估、降本方案落地；
4. 老产品包装迭代升级、包装BOM整理标准化；
5. 配合生产部解决车间包装装配问题。
