工作职责：
1. 负责公司验证管理体系的搭建。包括设施设备、计算机化系统、运输验证等相关验证体系文件的编写，确保公司研发及产业化阶段均能满足制药行业要求；
2. 参与公司产业化基地项目建设中的相关的设施设备调研、选型、URS编写，设施及厂房布局的设计审核等，确保符合法规要求；
3. 起草或审核生产设备、分析方法学、计算机化系统的确认/验证方案和报告，在验证的标准、方法执行方面提供指导和支持；
4. 负责计算机化系统的管理工作,定期更新公司的所有计算机化系统清单；
5. 负责进行验证体系维护、审查和重新评估，以确保工艺、设备等持续保持在验证状态；
6. 参与工艺改进、质量提升、工程设备改造等变更控制评估，并负责组织相关验证工作；
7. 负责设施设备、计算机化系统、运输验证等相关验证方面知识的培训；
8. 根据公司政策和发展需要，完成领导交付的其它质量相关任务和工作。
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历，药学、制药工程等相关专业；
2.具有10年以上生物制药企业验证相关工作经验，具有工艺、设备、清洁、计算机化系统等全面验证管理经验者优先；
3熟悉欧美和中国药品监管部门对验证的要求，熟悉制药行业相关的技术标准和技术规范；有独立统筹完成国内或欧盟项目的验证工作经验；
4.掌握生物大分子药生产及质量控制相关的要求，熟悉常用验证仪器使用和工作原理；
5、熟知制药行业信息化特点，具有疫苗行业信息化实施背景(MES、LIMS等)优先。
