工作职责：
1、对工程项目安全生产进行监督管理工作；宣传贯彻国家及上级关于安全生产的方针、政策、文件和要求；
2、认真执行安全生产规定，监督项目安全管理人员的配备和安全生产费用的落实；
3、对危险源的识别进行审核，对项目安全生产监督管理进行总体策划并组织实施；
4、监督施工现场环境保护措施组织实施情况；
5、参加现场机械设备、安全设施、临电设施等的验收；
6、组织定期安全生产检查，组织安全管理人员每天巡查，督促隐患整改。对存在重大安全隐患的分部分项工程，有权下达停工整改、罚款决定；
7、落实员工安全教育、培训、持证上岗的相关规定，组织作业人员入场三级安全教育；
8、组织开展安全教育月、安全生产月、百日安全无事故、安全达标、安全文明工地创建等活动；
9、发生生产安全事故应立即报告，并迅速参与抢救。
10、做好项目安全项目资料。
任职资格：
1.专科及以上，安全工程、建筑工程相关专业；
2.3年以上施工现场安全管理工作经验，或完整从事过1个项目施工现场安全管理工作；
3.熟知安全生产法律法规、安全技术标准规范、建筑、施工管理等方面和知识，具有现场操作指挥和，熟练掌握施工现场施工脚手架、施工机械设备、安全文明施工、施工用电等安全监督管理流程，具备施工现场组织指导能力，掌握计算机办公软件的使用，具备良好的理解能力和执行能力；
4.接受过安全法律法规技术标准规范、现场安全管理知识培训，安全员需要具备安全C3本。具备注册安全工程师执业资格优先任用。
5.吃苦耐劳，认真细致，责任心强，有团队精神；
6.项目岗位，工作地点服从公司调派。
