5、代码整洁、掌握编码规范。
6、有toB或toG项目交付经验，具备项目交付相关能力。
7、有智能体应用研发经验。
8、具备良好的沟通、协作能力，能较好的主导或配合他人完成研发任务和项目交付任务。

岗位职责：
1、参与toG项目研发工作，保证研发进度、代码质量，实现高效团队协作。
2、参与项目交付项目、配合项目经理、需求分析师、技术负责人、运维等项目成员参与项目需求调研、设计、编码、测试、实施、运维各阶段交付工作。
3、持续总结经验教训、优化日常工作，输出技术经验分享，完善团队知识库。
