工作职责
1、负责后端服务架构设计、接口开发与核心模块编码实现，保障系统高可用、高并发、高性能；

5、负责代码质量管控、单元测试、重构与技术债治理，提升研发效率与系统稳定性；
6、跟进微服务、容器化、自动化部署等云原生技术落地与迭代优化。
任职资格
1、计算机及相关专业，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、计算机网络与操作系统基础；
2、精通 Python 后端开发，熟练使用至少一种主流 Web 框架，如 FastAPI、Django、Flask、Tornado 等；
3、熟练使用各种关系型数据库（如：MySQL、PostgreSQL）和至少一种 NoSQL 数据库（如：MongoDB），熟练使用 Elasticsearch，具备 SQL 优化能力者优先；
4、熟悉 Linux 开发环境，熟练使用 Git 进行版本管理，具备良好的编码规范与工程化意识；
5、熟悉使用至少一种消息总线，如 RabbitMQ/Kafka 等，可以熟练管理和配置 Nginx，有实际使用经验优先；
6、有微服务、分布式系统、高并发接口开发、云原生（Docker/K8s）相关经验优先；
7、具备良好的需求理解、问题定位与团队协作能力，责任心强，学习能力突出。
