【岗位职责】
核心任务：研究电机故障机理（如轴承故障、匝间短路、断条、气隙偏心等），开发特征提取与智能诊断算法。
带领团队优化现有算法，研究公司内部高阶应用等算法，支撑应用技术。
【任职要求】
1.公办全日制统招一本及以上；深入理解感应电机/永磁电机的工作原理及常见故障模式。
2.精通信号处理技术（FFT, HHT, 小波变换，阶次分析等）。
3.熟练使用MATLAB/Python进行算法开发，熟悉常用的机器学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch）。
4.有利用电流信号、振动信号进行诊断的实际落地经验者优先。
软素质：具备独立撰写科研论文及专利的能力，具备攻关克难的研究精神。
