岗位职责：
1.根据公司相关的控制文件，做到安全文明生产。
2.按照生产计划，进行生产作业准备及验证。
3.负责根据工艺要求和技术标准进行加工。
4.检查加工设备的运行情况，按照设备管理文件进行日常维护保养工作。
5.加工前核对图纸、工艺单及程式单的一致性，加工后进行自检，发现异常及时上报或进行处理。
6.生产过程中发生质量异常时，立即如实报告组长，协助质保部进行质量信息反馈，并执行快速反应或反应计划。
7.合理使用工具及夹具，提高工作效率。
8.合理利用刀具，对一般的刀具能独立进行刃磨。
9.对程序不合理处提出合理化建议。
10.简单工件自行加工而不依赖编程人员。
11.负责填写设备点检卡。
12.实施本岗位的6S及提高劳动生产率工作。
13.配合公司技术安全员做好安全设施的检查工作及防火工作，保证公司正常安全生产。
14.积极参加公司组织的培训和自我学习能力提升工作。
15.完成公司领导交代的其他任务。
任职要求
1.至少3年以上数控操机经验。
2.熟练操作NC机床加工操作，了解机床的特性,掌握常用数控刀具、夹具的使用方法及注意事项。
3.熟悉二维三维简单编程。
4.熟悉UG三维软件制图能力。
5.熟悉塑料模具加工，非标治具工装加工等。
