岗位职责：
1、基于 Java 技术栈完成后端接口、核心业务模块的编码开发，确保代码符合公司编码规范、可维护性及性能要求；
2、配合前端 / 移动端开发人员完成接口联调，解决联调过程中的技术问题，保障前后端交互顺畅；
3、对开发的模块进行单元测试、集成测试，修复测试过程中发现的 Bug，输出测试报告；
4、配合运维人员完成项目部署、环境搭建、线上监控等工作，处理日常运维问题。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业；
2、熟练掌握 Spring、SpringBoot、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等主流框架，理解框架核心原理；
3、熟练使用 IDEA、Git、Maven/Gradle 等开发工具，掌握 Git 分支管理、代码合并等操作；
4、良好的沟通表达能力，能清晰对接产品、测试、前端等角色的需求和问题；
5、有无人机飞控平台开发经验优先。
