3、具备较强的数字敏感度与逻辑思维能力，工作严谨细致且责任心强；
4、持有初级会计职称或正在备考者加分，有相关实习经验者优先；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力与职业素养，能适应快节奏工作环境。
