任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，具备3年以上电子制造行业采购经验，2年以上采购管理或招标相关工作经验优先；
2、熟悉国资采购管理政策，具备国有企业采购管理相关工作经验；
3、公文写作及办公工具应用能力强，能够完成规章制度制定、业务流程设计、业务分析报告等工作；
4、具有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力、分析能力，廉洁自律。
