深入了解客户需求与应用场景，结合公司产品特性提供定制化技术解决方案，解决客户在产品试用、集成、量产过程中的技术问题。
参与客户现场技术交流、产品演示与培训，协助销售团队推进项目洽谈，提升客户对公司产品的认知与认可度。
跟踪产品市场应用反馈，收集客户对产品性能、功能的改进建议，同步至研发与产品团队，推动产品迭代优化与竞争力提升。
负责技术支持文档（如应用指南、故障排查手册）的编制与更新，沉淀技术经验，提升团队整体技术服务水平。
岗位要求
本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业，2 年以上电子元器件或制造业 FAE 工作经验，有保险丝 / 电路保护行业经验者优先。
熟悉保险丝、熔断器等电路保护产品的工作原理、技术参数及应用场景，具备独立进行产品选型与方案设计的能力。
具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位并解决客户现场的技术故障，适应出差需求。
