1、搭建量化研究系统，为量化策略研究提供技术支持；

2、负责运维自动化工具的开发

3、参与项目中业务功能接口协议和基础类库的设计，解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题；

4、参与量化策略研究系统的日常管理

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、数学等相关专业，工作 1-3 年；

2、精通 Python，熟悉量化相关技术栈，pandas，numpy，scipy，sklearn, statsmodels 等；

3、熟悉常见的机器学习、深度学习模型及其底层原理和数学逻辑，有模型优化经验；

4、熟悉常见的数据库技术，MySQL，DolphinDB、ClickHouse、Mongo和Redis 等；

5、优秀的学习能力，主观能动性和逻辑思维能力，工作认真负责，沟通能力良好；

6、具备独立分析问题、解决问题的能力；

7、有Python性能调优、分布式计算经验；（加分项）
