岗位职责
1) 负责加速器放疗计划系统需求收集；
2) 负责放射治疗计划系统（TPS）核心功能模块的设计与开发，包括剂量计算、图像配准、靶区勾画、计划评估等。
3) 协助核物理工程师开展计算和测试工作；
4) 参与系统调试、单元测试、集成测试及性能调优。
5) 编写相关技术文档，支持系统验证与确认（V&V）流程。
岗位要求
6) 计算机、数学、核物理、生物医学工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上开发经验；
7) 精通 C++（C++11/14/17），熟悉 STL、多线程、设计模式及性能优化。
8) 熟练使用 Python，具备脚本开发、数据处理及工具链构建经验。
9) 熟悉 Linux 系统开发，具有在 deepin/UOS 或其他发行版上开发的实际经验。
10) 熟悉常用开发工具：CMake、Git、GDB、Valgrind 等。
11) 了解医学图像基础（如 DICOM、RT Structure、RT Dose 等格式）。
12) 设计和实现光子剂量计算模块；
13) 设计和编写测试模块，负责设计文档编写工作；
14) 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
15) 具有良好的英语听说读写能力；
加分项：
1) 有 TPS、PACS、医学图像处理或放射治疗相关软件开发经验。
2) 熟悉 ITK、VTK、MITK、Qt 等开源医学/可视化库。
3) 了解剂量计算算法（如蒙特卡洛、卷积叠加、笔形束算法）或图像配准技术。
4) 熟悉 OpenMP、CUDA、MPI 等并行计算技术。
5) 具备 Deepin/UOS 环境下打包、适配、认证经验。
6) 了解医疗软件标准（如 IEC 62304、ISO 13485、FDA 软件验证指南）
