1、掌握自身分管配件的状态、熟知采购各项工作流程，并严格按流程执行;
2、主要负责所分管配件采购工作，与对应供方的业务接洽与协调工作;
3、每日定时查看库存报表，需及时、准确地向供方下达采购订单，跟踪回传，并随时跟踪订单到货情况，保质保量完成采购任务;
4、及时确认计划缺件、到件情况，并跟踪、办理相关入库单据;遇异常情况主动汇报并跟进解决，确保正常生产;
5、负责相关信息、数据资料等的保密工作;遵守国家相关法律及公司规章制度，廉洁奉公，洁身自好;
6、按要求完成供应商相关业绩统计，并及时反馈给供应商;
7、完成领导交办的其它临时工作任务。
任职要求
1、一年以上相关工作经验，有制造行业采购经验优先;
2、熟悉EXCLE、Word办公软件;
3、较强的沟通能力，责任心强，有良好的表达能力;
4、具有较好的文字表达功底。
