Regional Head of Marketing Admissions Strategy
MajResponsibilities
Enrolment Management
1. In consultation with the Office of the CEO Regional Executive Principals, take the lead to develop individual fit-for-purpose admissions strategy feach YCYW school in the region each section within the school, aimed to:
a. Identify admit students who are best able to maximize success at YCYW;
b. Attract families who align with the vision, mission educational principles practices of YCYW;
c. Build a student body able to enrich the school community through active participation in various aspects of school extra-curricular life.
2. Working closely with each school’s Regional Executive Principal School Business Manager to manage their respective admissions teams, implement the aforesaid admissions strategy in each school.
3. Develop track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the admissions efforts. Regional Executive Principals Regional Heads of Marketing Admissions Strategy are jointly responsible fmeeting these Key Performance Indicators.
Market Intelligence
1. Conduct comprehensive local market intelligence to identify emerging trends community needs utilise these insights to advise YCYW schools to tailthe design of educational programmes that effectively respond to current market demenhance each school’s competitive edge.
Communications
1. Establish cultivate strong relationships with state local media partners to ensure consistent positive publicity, enhance YCYW brvisibility, effectively communicate YCYW’s school initiatives achievements to the community.
2. Coordinate between Corporate Marketing & Communications school-based communications admissions functions, to ensure consistency coherence in key market messaging.
3. Working closely with each school’s Regional Executive Principal School Business Manager to direct their respective communications teams to attract targeted prospective families oversee the execution of plans to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
Develop track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the communications efforts.
Regional Collaboration
1. Collaborate closely with Regional Executive Principals, the Corporate Events team, school teams to ensure meaningful collaboration among schools in the region fregional events, engaging school communities, prospective families, the general public.
2. Oversee collaboration opportunities across the YCYW schools in the region to enhance the effectiveness efficiency of regional admissions efforts.
3. Facilitate the sharing of information, dissemination of best practices, the effective leveraging of regional network resources across schools within the region.
Partnerships
1. Develop partnerships with local businesses, NGOs higher educational institutions which have potential to
a. Provide meaningful learning experiences fYCYW students;
b. Consider YCYW students finternships;
Provide alumni with career development opportunities.
2. Actively work with Regional Executive Principals to
a. Develop opportunities fpartners to learn about YCYW schools; and
b. Develop opportunities fcollaboration between our partners, students staff.
Family Relations
1. Together with the Regional Executive Principals key school representatives, act as the important first relationship with potential future families, ensuring that an authentic accurate picture of YCYW student expectations experiences (academic, extra-curricular social) is portrayed.
Other
1. On a rotation basis, each Regional Head Marketing Admissions Strategy will act as a coordinatfall Regional Heads of Marketing Admissions Strategy vis-a-vis communication with the Office of the CEO.
Requirements
• More than 10 years proven track record in marketing admissions.
• Strong leadership team management capabilities to oversee regional marketing admissions teams.
• Ability to develop implement effective marketing strategies tailored to different regions.
• Excellent verbal written communication skills fengaging with stakeholders, media, prospective families.
• Proficiency in market intelligence data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with corporate marketing school-based teams.
• Understanding of the local education landscape cultural nuances within the region.
