岗位职责：
1、负责产品硬件开发相关工作，遵守开发流程；
2、负责BMS及电源产品硬件LAYOUT设计和优化工作和文档输出；
3、处理LAYOUT产品打样工程处理/制作PCBA生产资料/认证；
4、制作原理图元件库及封装库和维护；
5、参与对产品重点技术问题系统失效模式分析对策。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年工作经验，有扎实电路、电力电子理论基础，熟练使用PADS、嘉立创EDA、AD工具、熟练制用文档工具；
2、熟悉BMS和buck-boot，LLC，HSC 电路硬件原理图常用元件及封装，有LAYOUT设计工作经验；
3、有多层板（4层以上的元件布局布线LAYOUT能力，有Can, I2C, SPI, RS485,RS232 .PCIE电路的元件布局布线LAYOUT设计经验；
4、有安规认证 (国标/美标/欧标）EMC设计/整改LAYOUT经验；
5、善于学习/沟通/创新，有良好英语阅读能力。
