职位描述：
1、作为装置的安全主要责任人，对装置的安全生产工作运行负责，制定、参与包括但限于相关安全生产相关规章制度、操作流程、应急预案、风险评价等；
2、负责落实上级部门安全环保有关要求与生产工艺中的安全环保技术管理工作，不断各项工艺技术工作的安全可靠性；
3、负责检查属地范围内的安全环保情况，及时解决和报告安全环保问题并对属地范围内承包商的安全环保监督管理，制止违章作业等相关工作；
4、负责对相关装置员工进行生产安全操作技术与安全环保知识培训，组织安全生产技术练兵和考核；
5、负责落实相关装置运行、开停工、技术改造等的安全环保要求，并对执行情况进行检查，根据相应法律法规，落实工艺安全管理各项要求，做好开工前的摸底工作；
6、负责相关装置的危险源辨识和风险评价，制定并落实本装置安全风险管控措施和隐患排查治理工作；
7、落实装置工艺不断优化、*新技术工艺方案引入分享，产品品质不断提升，降低生产损耗；
8、完成上级交代其他工作。
任职要求：
1、具有装置建设、开车、正常生产、及异常处理经验，有团队管理经验优先；
2、化工安全相关知识、熟悉常见危险源；
3、具备良好的职业道德操守，工作踏实、责任心强；
4、能够熟练操作办公自动化软件、OA系统和ERP系统。
