硕士学历，材料科学与工程、金属材料工程、材料加工工程，机械工程等相关专业，具备CAE仿真相关项目经验，熟悉金属材料成型核心原理，掌握铜管成型、金属塑性加工等相关专业课程；

能力要求：
吃苦耐劳，严谨细致，具备较强的责任心和敬业精神，能适应实验室研发及现场试验的工作节奏，承担铜管成型工艺及CAE仿真相关项目攻坚任务；具备良好的逻辑思维和学习能力，能够熟练运用CAE仿真工具开展相关研究，具备一定的编程基础和机器学习相关认知，可配合开展后期机器学习相关工作。

优先考虑条件(具备以下条件之一优先录用)：
(1)精通铜管成型核心技术，熟悉旋压成型、外翅片管滚压成型等主流铜管成型工艺，能独立完成成型工艺参数设计、调试及优化，解决成型过程中出现的尺寸偏差、成型缺陷等技术问题，具有铜管成型相关研发或试验工作经验者优先。
(2)掌握机器学习基础理论与应用方法,熟悉Python、MATLAB等至少一种编程工具,运用编程、机器学习技术开展铜管成型工艺参数优化、缺陷预测等相关研究，具有机器学习与材料工艺、CAE仿真结合相关研究经验者优先。
