职位描述
1. 负责AI平台的整体架构设计，确保其满足用户及市场需求。
2. 负责AI平台核心代码开发，优化团队代码质量。
3. 持续跟踪AI和大模型领域的技术趋势，推动平台的创新和升级
4. 配合销售做好运维项目的汇报及沟通工作
任职要求
1、5年以上Python工作经验，至少参加过一个完整项目开发；
2、熟悉 Kubernetes /Docker生态相关技术,如: Service Mesh、harbor、Helm、kubekey、kubeflow、Prometheus 等使用项目经验;
3、了解NvidiaGPU和国产GPU卡，监控、调度、虚拟化等相关技术
4、熟练掌握后端服务常用中间件及技术: 例如数据库、消息队列、通信协议、微服务等；
5、熟悉AI大模型推理框架使用。包括但不限于：vLLM、TensorRT-LLM、SGLang、Megatron-LM
6、具备独立思考能力，有客户服务意识，产品意识，能提出系统改善和产品优化建议；
具备以下技能者优先：
1、了解前端框架。包括不限于：React/Vue/Angular
2、具备 AI 平台、Agent 系统、智能问答或知识库检索系统开发经验。
