本岗位根据公司的业务需要，负责器件的市场推广、客户技术支持与问题解决、指导代理商、在日常工作中增强与客户的粘性，跟进项目并挖掘新机会、协同内外部团队推动业务目标达成。
为更好地推动业务，我们希望您有电源开发相关经验。
岗位职责：
1、负责功率器件市场推广，产品信息说明，客户端产品的技术交流服务支持；
2、解决产品在客户端应用过程中的各类技术问题，客户异常问题追踪处理；
3、培训代理商熟悉相关产品特性、应用领域及作业流程介绍；
4、定期拜访客户，持续性跟踪现有项目，挖掘新的项目机会，新市场领域信息搜集及提炼。
5、与领域经理和产品经理密切合作，以确保技术支持策略与产品发展和市场需求一致。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年相关工作经验，电子、电气、自动化、微电子、新能源等相关专业；
2、熟悉电力电子系统原理、各类拓扑结构，控制技术等，包括100W-40KW AC-DC(PFC,LLC, SR)，电源模块DC-DC，无刷直流电机驱动，伺服驱动，太阳能逆变器和储能系统的相关工作经验；
3、熟悉IGBT产品及系统工作经验优先，熟悉半导体IGBT, MOSFET，SiC等功率器件产品规格、各项性能指标、其物理意义、工作机制，了解栅极驱动器、放大器等其他电子元件的工作机制，具有电力电子系统EMC调试机理；
4、熟练使用办公软件，能适应出差工作。（预计一个季度出差 26 天左右）。
