岗位职责
1、项目对接与管理:
a）作为制造端的核心接口，参与新产品设计评审，从可制造性、可测试性和可封装性角度提供专业意见。
b)主导制定并维护新产品的NPI项目计划，跟踪关键节点，确保项目按计划推进。
c) 组织并主持NPI阶段跨部门会议（涉及设计、工艺、质量、生产、采购等），推动问题解决。
d)主导编制新产品导入所需的各类工艺文件（工艺流程，BOM产品清单，设计规则，Cover rule）.
2、样品制作与验证:
a)统筹工程样品（Engineering Samples）的制作、测试与交付，确保满足客户在质量、数量和时间上的要求。
b) 分析样品阶段的测试数据、低良率和可靠性改善失效现象，与设计和测试工程师协同进行根本原因分析，并推动设计或工艺改进。
c)新产品受控，负责Qual Report的编写。
3、客户与质量协调:
a)作为应对客户审核的技术接口之一，负责展示和解释NPI流程与控制方法。
b)直接响应客户在NPI阶段提出的技术与质量相关问题，并驱动内部制定纠正与预防措施。
4、标准与流程维护：
a) 参与优化内部新产品认证流程。
岗位要求
1.微电子、电子工程、电力电子、材料科学、物理学或相关专业。
2.在半导体行业，从事产品工程、质量可靠性工程或新产品认证相关工作经验3年以上。
3、熟悉半导体芯片的封装工艺和测试原理。
4、掌握半导体元器件可靠性测试标准（如JESD22， AEC-Q100）及相关测试方法。
5、熟练使用MS Office（尤其Excel进行数据处理和PPT进行汇报）。
6、具备使用专业数据分析软件（如JMP， Minitab）进行统计分析的能力。
7、熟练掌握根本原因分析方法（如5Why，8D，鱼骨图）。
8、具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术标准、测试规范，并能撰写英文报告和进行邮件沟通。
