一、工作职责
1、负责研发效能工具链的建设：包括编译工具、符号管理工具、Git工具、包管理工具等;
2、负责自动化流程的建设及持续优化：包括编译、符号文件管理、二进制组装与传输、安装包及更新包制作等自动化流程;
3、负责代码门禁系统建设及持续优化：包括SonarQube系统管理维护、静态代码扫描工具开发及探索引入大语言模型进行代码质量分析；
4、负责产品版本的安装包和更新包的制作及进行相应的配置管理；
5、参与下一代安装包技术开发工作，包括技术方案设计与实现（技术选型、系统架构设计和核心机制设计）和工具链开发（安装包制作工具、更新包制作工具和OEM工具）。
二、任职要求
1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5年及以上软件开发或devops开发相关工作经验；
2、熟悉一种或多种开发语言（C++、C#、Python），具备扎实的数据结构和算法功底；
3、具备复杂系统的模块化设计、接口设计和架构规划能力;
4、理解Windows/Linux操作系统的底层机制，包括但不限于：文件系统、内存管理、网络系统，掌握相关调试诊断工具（如gdb、windbg、procmon、iostat、perf等）;
5、较强的自驱力、积极主动学习新技术；较好的团队沟通和协同能力；较好的问题分析与逻辑思考能力。
加分项
1、熟悉python开发语言，能够使用python进行工具软件开发；
2、熟悉B/S系统的全栈开发，在前端、后端及数据库开发方面有实际项目经验；
3、熟悉CI/CD工具链的搭建与维护（Gitlab、Bitbucekt、Jenkins、SonarQube等），熟练掌握其安装配置、运行维护、高可用建设，可独立解决问题。
