5、持续跟进临床试验的政策法规的更新和解读
6、与外部卫生机构组织的相关疾病领域专家进行有效沟通
7、参与数据统计职能部门临床试验方案或报告统计分析计划或结果的制定和审核工作
8、根据注册需求准备临床研究的医学资料，协助注册部门完成产品申报和注册工作
9、遵循公司反贿赂管理政策
任职要求：
1、教育背景：临床医学相关专业，硕士及以上学历（博士优先）。
2、工作经验：3年以上制药公司或CRO的临床研究/医学事务经验，具备临床试验方案设计经验者优先。
3、有创新药或特定治疗领域（儿科消化心血管呼吸等）项目经验者优先。
4、专业技能：
熟悉ICH-GCP及国内外临床试验相关法规。
具备优秀的医学数据分析和解读能力。
能够独立撰写临床研究方案、总结报告及注册申报医学文件。
5、核心能力：
良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能有效推动项目进度。
较强的英语读写能力（能熟练阅读、翻译医学文献及撰写英文报告）。
具备与药监机构或KOL沟通经验者优先。
