1.按照法规要求撰写/修订药物警戒SOP，并完成相关部门/人员的培训。
2.疑似药品不良反应（监管反馈及自主收集）的接收、处理和上报，确保安全报告的质量和时效。
3.撰写PSUR、不良反应半年度分析报告、药品年度报告中药物警戒部分内容等。
4.执行信号检测，及时发现安全信号，并采取相应风险*小化措施。
5.参与药物警戒突发事件如死亡事件、药品不良反应聚集性事件的调查、报告、提交等
6.按要求完成药物警戒内审，及时发现问题并进行有效解决。
7.及时关注法规动态，确保所有药物警活动按照*新法规要求执行。
8.对于监管机构提出的药物警戒相关的问题及时给予回复。
9.参与药物警戒委/托相关工作。
10.接受监管机构开展的药物警戒检查等。
11.药物警戒记录数据的归档，保存。
12.完成领导分配的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.教育背景：具有医学、药学、流行病学或相关专业，本科及以上学历或中级以上专业技术职称。
2.工作经历：1年以上从事药物警戒相关工作经历。接受过与药物警戒相关的培训，熟悉我国药物警戒相关法律法规和技术指导原则，具备开展药物警戒活动所需知识和技能。
3.岗位技能：熟练使用MedDRA进行编码，熟悉药物警戒系统。
