现场QA主管岗位要求：
1.负责生产车间、仓储、公用系统日常监控管理。包括不限于：产品过程控制监控管理，物料、中间产品、产品的状态标识和定置管理，确保污染和交叉污染的控制措施有效，确保药品整个生产过程符合GMP要求及相应的质量标准。
2.负责生产现场异常处理。与生产、设备、工程等部门保持高效沟通与协作，共同解决质量问题，优化运营效率。
3.负责本岗位相关偏差的报告、调查、评估；变更、CAPA的实施跟进。
4.识别现场质量管理流程中的瓶颈与风险，主导或参与SOP、监控记录的优化与升级。相关批生产记录、辅助记录的检查审核工作。
5.LIMS系统的操作，维护，样品送样状态的确认，协助产品检验、放行。
6.协助车间偏差调查，OOS调查。
7.支持新产品技术转移、工艺验证等项目，从质量角度提供现场实施保障。
8.负责现场QA团队的日常管理、工作分配、绩效考核与专业发展。
9.制定并实施团队培训计划，提升团队成员在GMP合规、风险识别、调查技巧等方面的能力。
任职要求：
1.教育背景：药学、制药工程、生物技术或相关专业，本科及以上学历。至少3年制药行业无菌药品质量保证或生产相关工作经验，其中不少于2年现场QA或生产现场管理经验。有委-托/受-托生产管理经验者优先。
2.熟悉中国GMP及其附录，并了解 EU GMP、FDA cGMP 等国际法规的基本要求。
3.精通药品生产全过程（特别是制剂环节）的质量控制要点与风险点。
4.精通偏差调查、变更控制、纠正与预防措施（CAPA）的质量管理工具。
5.具备良好的沟通、组织协调能力；
6.面试需准备PPT，展示自身核心竞争力。
7.能适应不定时加班情况，前期可能会有夜班工作。
