工作内容
1、贯彻落实部门GMP的管理工作，负责维护、监督QC质量体系的运行，组织和配合内部质量审核工作。
2、遵守相关法规要求，协助公司质量管理体系的建立、完善和改进工作，配合及负责制作相关文件，以及质量相关的培训。
3、负责公司物料、制剂等相关理化检测的管理工作，负责制定QC部的理化检验计划，协调和组织检验进度。
4、负责理化实验室仪器、设备的相关分配、管理工作。
5、负责对检验原始记录、检验报告进行复核，确保准确性。
6、积极应对偏差、变更、实验室异常、OOS/OOT等工作，组织调查、分析及解决。
7、协助其他部门做好厂房设施设备、清洁、分析法、工艺等有关方面的验证或调查配合工作。
8、组织开展新产品物料标准、新的检验方法的复核和验证工作。
9、配合公司EHS，全面负责部门的安全、环保、消防、卫生等管理工作。
10、负责理化检验工作小组的团队建设和人员管理工作。
11、协助上级领导依据公司发展目标制定质量部的工作计划目标，审核质量保证部和质量控制部的工作计划、总结；积极完成领导交办的其他事项。
岗位要求：
1、技能要求：熟悉及掌握QC实验室设备的原理、使用与维护，如GC、LC、UC、AA等；具有分析方法学验证的实际工作经验；具有实验室安全员工作相关经验。
2、本科及以上学历，药学、化学或相关专业或具有相关工作经验；药企制药行业五年以上同岗位工作经验，其中三年以上部门团队建设管理经验。
3、工作认真负责，积极主动、诚实守信；良好的沟通、表达能力，执行力较强；具有较强的协调能力、团队凝聚力；具有较强的公司归属感、荣誉感、大局观。
