1. 合规管理体系建设

2. 内控与风险管理
61 协同审计部门，识别、评估生产、采购、销售全流程的法律及合规风险点
61 设计并执行关键业务环节的内控流程（如客户准入、订单审批、付款条款、物流合规等）
61 定期开展合规审计与穿行测试，出具整改报告并跟踪落实
3. 法务审核与支持
61 审核合同（销售合同、采购合同、物流协议、代理协议等），控制交易风险
61 负责公司日常法律文件起草、修订及法律意见出具
61 处理海关、税务、外汇管理等部门的合规问询及应对检查
61 协助处理国际贸易纠纷、知识产权、劳动争议等法律事务
4. 合规培训与文化建设
61 定期为业务、生产、财务等部门提供合规培训
61 营造全员合规文化，建立举报机制并保护举报人
【任职要求】：
硬性条件：
61 法学本科及以上学历，通过国家法律职业资格考试，有律师执业经验者优先
61 3年以上企业法务或合规工作经验，有外贸出口生产型企业背景者优先
61 熟悉国际贸易相关法律法规，熟悉海关、外汇、出口退税政策
61 英语CET-6以上，英语能力优秀者优先
软性素质：
61 风险意识敏锐，逻辑思维严谨，具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力
61 工作细致、责任心强，能在高压下独立处理问题
61 品行端正，坚持原则，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识
