Lead cross-functional teams to manage NPD of Modification type (Major, Minof Design Newness Level) , ensuring projects meet technical, cost, timeline objectives while aligning with the needs of the market (Core covering segments such as AWP, MH, Truck).

Primary Responsibilities:
1. NPD of Modification Type (Major, Minor)
1.1 Lead the end-to-end new product development process from requirement definition to mass production, ensuring compliance with industry standards customer expectations.
1.2 Develop project schedule planning via WBS breakdown, define critical path milestones (CPM), monitprogress across all stages.
1.3 Ensure project delivery against baselines fscope, cost, schedule, quality.
2. Quality Management Validation
2.1 Lead the project team to adopt appropriate NPDP process models, measure product maturity level to customize gate reviews deliverables feach stage.
2.2ganize design reviews, collaborate with design test leads to develop validation plans.
2.3 Conduct Design Verification (DV) reliability testing to ensure stable product performance under real-world operating conditions.
2.4 Drive the team to complete product development, prototype delivery, manufacturing process development, mass production readiness.
3. Cost Resource Optimization
3.1 Manage project budgets, control capital expenditure (CAPEX) in phases, maximize cost efficiency.
3.2 Coordinate cross-departmental resources (R&D, production, quality) fefficient execution.
3.3 Interact with Central R&D project management experts to balance resources, perform Resource Planning.
4. Risk Management Problem-Solving
4.1 Identify project risks (e.g., technical bottlenecks, supply chain delays), formulate mitigation strategies, escalate issues to senimanagement as needed.
4.2 Understproduct development tools: DFMEA, DFX, PFMEA.
4.3 Promote structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D structure, 5W tool) to ensure issue resolution.
5. Team Leadership Communication
5.1 Lead cross-functional teams (Sales Marketing in European countries, others in China), foster a collaborative culture, mentjuniteam members.
5.2 Provide regular project dashboards progress updates to stakeholders (including global headquarters).

• 跨部门资源协调：统筹研发、生产、质量等部门资源，高效推进项目执行。
• 资源规划与平衡：与研发中心项目管理专家协作，优化资源配置，制定资源计划。
4. 风险管理与问题解决
• 风险识别与应对：识别项目风险（如技术瓶颈、供应链延误），制定缓解策略，必要时升级至高层管理。
• 了解产品开发工具：熟悉产品开发工具（如DFMEA、DFX、PFMEA）。
• 结构化问题解决：推动8D报告、5W分析法等工具的应用，确保问题闭环。
5. 团队领导与沟通
• 跨职能团队管理：领导欧洲国家销售、市场团队及中国团队，营造协作文化，指导新人成长。
• 项目汇报：定期向利益相关方（包括全球总部）提供项目仪表盘和进展更新。
Qualification:
1 Education
Bachelor’s degree higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation preferred).
2 Work Experience
1) 10+ years of NPD project management experience in electric motmanufacturing related industries, with a strong understanding of development processes of two quality systems: ISO standard, IATF16949.
2) Priexperience in off-highway vehicles (AWP, MH) , commercial vehicles (Truck, BUS) projects is a plus.
3 Certifications
PMP, PRINCE2, NPDP certification required. PgMP, PfMP are plus.
4 Skills
1) English proficiency.
2) At least five completed end-to-end NPD projects, from customer’s S(Specification of Requirements) communication to production launch posting, production ramp up.
3) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, PMS) quality management methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, 8D).
4) Strong structured problem-solving data analysis skills.
