3. 熟悉Spring Boot及Spring Cloud、Dubbo等微服务框架，了解内部机制和原理；
4. 对微服务、中间件、容器化、分布式缓存、消息队列等有深入理解，熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka、Elasticsearch等主流开源项目的基本原理和应用；
5. 精通网站的架构设计和实现，掌握云原生(Cloud Native)相关平台的架构设计、系统开发及部署运维；
6. 熟悉DevOps以及CI/CD等相关基础设施的搭建和开发流程的规范制定；
7. 具备优秀的系统开发管理能力、跨部门沟通能力，具备较强的逻辑分析能力和解决复杂问题的能力。
