1. 负责传感器产品的客户现场技术支持工作，维护客户量产项目的顺利进行；
2. 负责结合公司实质产品结构，提出行业产品的分析报告，协助项目部和研发部门进行产品升级改进项目；
3. 负责公司产品在行业市场应用数据的获取，根据市场需求数据分析，提供产品在行业市场需求的可行性报告；
4. 配合销售向客户推介相关产品技术方案，跟进客户项目进展，协助客户项目选型、设计和调试等技术支持；
5. 跟进相关产品线品质异常处理、产品失效分析，提出优化产品设计方案；独立解决一般性产品应用问题，撰写所负责产品线的技术文档；
6. 对销售人员及客户进行产品培训和技术交流。
任职资格：
1. 本科学历，自动化、机电等相关专业优先；
2.有从事工业、系统集成自动化、数字信号处理应用类技术支持经验者优先；
3.对位置/速度传感器应用有较深基础，熟悉主流编码器产品应用技术，精通多种工业通讯协议（SSI/ESL/485等），具备对编码器的编程、调试、安装技能的，有过市场数据采集和获取分析经验者优先录用；
4.具有强烈的责任心、良好的团队协作能力及沟通能力；具备快速学习新技术的能力，优秀的表达沟通能力；
5.能适应出差工作。
