岗位职责
1、负责建筑仿真平台后端核心服务的架构设计、迭代开发与落地，主导核心业务技术方案输出；
2、基于微服务架构搭建、迭代高并发、高可用的后端系统，保障平台稳定高效运行；
3、独立负责仿真任务调度引擎、消息队列、数据管道的开发与优化，支撑平台仿真业务高效运转；
4、持续开展系统性能调优、稳定性治理、故障排查，参与团队技术方案评审、代码规范落地与技术迭代升级。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上后端开发经验，精通 Go / Java 任意一种语言，扎实的编程基础；
2、熟悉微服务架构体系，熟练使用 gRPC、Spring Cloud 等主流微服务框架，具备实际项目落地经验；
3、熟练掌握 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，精通 Redis 缓存应用，熟悉 Kafka、RabbitMQ 等消息中间件；
4、熟悉 Docker、K8s 容器化部署、运维流程，了解后端工程化、CI/CD 相关流程；
5、了解 Modbus、OPC UA、MQTT 等工控物联网协议者优先。
