岗位职责
注：岗位base在雄安，公司可协助申请当地人才公寓。

1、负责建筑能耗、室内热环境、全域仿真等仿真模型的后端集成、接口对接与服务落地，打通算法模型与业务平台的数据链路；
2、针对仿真模型进行服务化封装、标准化改造，统一调用规范、入参出参与返回格式，支撑平台自动化调度、批量计算与在线调用；
3、独立开发模型数据预处理、仿真计算调度、结果后处理、数据解析、可视化输出全链路模块，保障仿真数据完整、准确、可用；
4、深度对接仿真算法团队，配合完成模型调参、精度校验、计算逻辑优化，持续提升仿真模型计算效率、稳定性与准确率；
5、参与仿真平台架构迭代、接口优化、性能调优、异常监控，保障大规模仿真任务稳定运行。

任职要求
1、精通Python，3年及以上后端开发、科学计算或工程仿真开发经验，代码规范、具备独立模块开发能力；
2、熟练使用 NumPy、SciPy、Pandas 等科学计算库，熟悉数值计算、数据清洗、矩阵运算、批量数据处理逻辑；
3、熟练掌握 FastAPI/Flask/Django 任意一种Web框架，熟悉接口开发、服务部署、请求限流、接口联调流程；
4、具备模型对接、算法服务化、仿真系统开发经验者优先（核心加分项）；
5、熟悉 EnergyPlus、DeST、Modelica、Simulink 等建筑能耗/热环境仿真工具或自研仿真引擎者优先；
6、有智慧楼宇、智慧城市、园区能耗、IoT物联网平台项目开发经验者优先；
7、有工控、自动化、SCADA、数据采集、工业系统对接经验者优先。
