6.熟悉至少一种常用数据库（oracle、DB2、sqlserver、informix等）；熟练掌握SQL语法；
7.工作踏实，沟通能力强，有团队合作精神，学习能力强，具有学习新技术的热情；有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
8.具有金融行业软件开经验者优先；具有保险、理财、养老金、司库、资金管理等知识者优先。
