岗位职责：

(2)持续优化后端性能、解决系统瓶颈及潜在问题，提升系统稳定性和响应速度。负责后端代码的维护与升级，及时修复线上问题，保障产品稳定运行；
(3)负责数据库的设计、优化及维护，根据业务需求设计合理的数据模型，编写高效的SQL语句及存储过程，确保数据的完整性和一致性。参与数据库性能优化，提升数据访问效率；
(4)负责后端接口的开发与设计，确保接口的稳定性、高效性及易用性。与前端开发团队紧密合作，完成前后端联调，确保系统的整体功能实现；
(5)关注新技术发展，结合公司业务需求进行技术研究与创新，推动技术改进与优化，提升团队整体技术水平。
任职要求:
(1)本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息与计算科学等相关专业优先；
(2)深入理解Python编程语言，熟练掌握面向对象编程思想；
(3)熟悉关系型数据库（如MySQL、Oracle）及NoSQL数据库（如Redis、MongoDB），具备数据库设计及优化能力；
(4)熟悉常见中间件（如RabbitMQ、Kafka、Nginx）的使用与配置，具备一定的调优经验；
(5)熟悉Git等版本控制工具，具备良好的代码管理与协作能力；
(6)具备较强的学习能力与自我驱动力，具备良好的团队协作精神与沟通能力。
