1. 生产现场管理
85监督检查各生产线（包括口服制剂、原料与中药提取生产线）的关键质量控制点及现场操作规范性。
85重点关注中药生产线的特殊工艺（如煎煮、提取、浓缩、醇沉、干燥等）的合规性，监督中药材前处理、投料及药渣处理等环节。
2. 产品、物料取样的管理
85对各生产线（含中药生产线）的成品、半成品、中间体（如中药浸膏）及验证样品的取样规范性及记录填写情况进行监督检查。
85对仓库到货的原、辅、包装材料及中药材的取样规范性及相关记录进行监督、检查。
85负责产品及物料（包括中药材及中药提取物）留样品的接收、登记、管理及定期稳定性观察，确保留样室日常管理符合规定。
3. 记录填写及审核
85检查本岗位人员的记录填写及审核情况，确保所有记录（特别是中药提取批记录）的规范性、及时性与准确性。

4.环境监测
85负责制定各生产线或区域（包括中药提取、制剂区域）的环境监测计划，并组织完成年度回顾。
85监督并确保中药生产相关洁净区、公用系统及设备（如提取罐、浓缩器）的验证/确认状态持续受控。
5.质量管理相关活动
85组织或主导调查所负责生产线（包括中药生产线）的偏差、超标（OOS）情况，并跟踪纠正与预防措施（CAPA）的有效实施。
85协助跟踪所负责生产线（包括中药生产线）的变更实施情况。
85参与中药生产相关的质量风险评估、工艺验证及清洁验证活动。
6.培训
85负责对本岗位人员及时进行新增或修订后的文件培训，特别是针对中药生产的新增SOP、工艺规程及质量标准。
85确保团队全体成员（包括新员工）具备胜任口服制剂和中药生产现场监控工作所需的知识与技能。
